ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship – a collaboration between the PGA of America, KPMG and the LPGA Tour – will be contested at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania for the first time in the Championship’s long and storied history. Founded in 1896, Aronimink’s prestigious championship history includes the 1962 PGA Championship and 2003 Senior PGA Championship.

Format: 72 - Holes, 4 - Rounds
Par: 70
Yardage: 6,577 yards / 6,014 metres
Total Prize Purse: $4.30 Million

36 Hole Cut: reduced to top 70 places with ties
In case of ties for First Place after 72 hole:

Hole by hole playoff, starting on No.18, if still tied, then the playoff moves to Hole Nos. 16, 17 and 18 until a winner emerges.
