Under our Purchase with Confidence program, items returned are subject to a shipping surcharge. Returns will be credited to your form of initial payment, meaning that if you completed a purchase with your credit card, then the refund amount will be returned to your credit card less the shipping surcharge.
All refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item. We strive to complete the refund within 5-business days upon receipt of your returned item.
Shipping the returned item for refund is your (the purchaser's) responsibility.
Returned items should be shipped in its original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is damaged, then you are responsible for replacement packaging.
